Qualifications Bachelor Degree / Postgraduation is preferred.
Minimum 8 Years experience, 3Years in supervisory / similar Role.
1.Work closely with the HR Head on preparing various employment reports, job reviews, personnel complaints etc.,
2.Contribute to the development of overall HR strategy that supports and enables the achievement of overall Company objectives
3.Provide professional advice and guidance to employees at all levels in the organization on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards of HR practices are achieved and maintained.
4.Responsible for licensing of technicians and physicians – new candidates and renewals. Managing the Licensing for healthcare professional’s according to Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
5.Ensuring the commissioning and auditing of new facilities are done as per the standards
6.Manage daily HR related operational matters.
7.Interact with staff and leaders on all levels to address HR related matters.
8.Support HR teams by improving work practices, processes and systems
9.Ensures coordination & implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises compay managers about Human Resources issues.
- Performs any other duties as per exigencies of work or as delegated.
11.Expected to provide guidance to and answer questions of employees.
12.Participate in hospital quality program and be member of quality committees if chosen.
13.Carry any task or any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.
