Sales & Business Development Manager

Qualifications Bachelor Degree / Postgraduation in business, marketing or related field.

Minimum 10 years experience in sales, marketing & Business development, 5 Years of them in Managerial Role.

3.1. DEPARTMENTAL / UNIT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1.1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of the organization.
3.1.2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to exploit them.
3.1.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3.1.4. Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3.1.5. Develop and execute public relations activities to enhance the organization’s brand and reputation.
3.1.6. Manage media relations, including developing press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
3.1.7. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3.1.8. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3.1.9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and advertising materials.
3.1.10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to anticipate new opportunities or potential risks.
3.2.1. Adopts an interdisciplinary team approach based on mutual respect and direct communication between health professionals.
3.2.2. Liaisons with other health care team members and departments to provide continuity of patient care and unit activities.
3.2.3. Ensures acts as a role model for junior staff in delivering of Burjeel Royal Hospital vision and mission.
3.2.4. Acts as a preceptor to less experienced staff as required.
3.2.5. Demonstrates obedience to any reasonable direction from nursing administration regarding their roles and duties.
