Human Resources Specialist

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3 to 4 years of experience preferred in privet healthcare sector.

As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various HR functions. You will be responsible for assisting with compensation and benefits, payroll, end of service, employee relations, training and development, HR policy implementation, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
